A Registered Nurse. Finished the course at Arellano University. She worked for 22 years in Luisiana District Hospital as a Staff Nurse and became a Chief Nurse afterwards.
Passed British Columbia Nurse Board examination and worked as a Registered Nurse for 16 years at private and government facilities in Richmond General Hospital, Rosewood Manor, Pinegrove Place and Courtyard gardens under the umbrella of Vancouver Coastal Health
As Board of Directors at Casa Borines Leobrera Nursing Home, She ensures the highest quality of care and service is being offered. With professionalism and experience, She knows what makes a retirement community healthy and happy.

Ceries I. Medina R.N.
Care Coordinator
A dedicated and resourceful nurse professional with 35 of hands-on experience. Obtaining a degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The Medical City College of Nursing, in the year of 1981 and passed the Nurses Board Exam in the same year. She had worked for 3 years at Medical City, then worked in King Khalid Hospital, Najran, Kindom of Saudi Arabia for 3 years.
Worked as a Private Duty Nurse in The Medical City Chapter for 14 years and received an award for Outstanding Private Duty Nurse 1992 and 1995.
Received a Plaque of Recognition as Member of the Board Director of Philippine Nurses Association Zone 4 and 5, 1996
Manila, Philippines. A lifetime member of the Philippine Nurses Association.
For 14 years she was a Staff Nurse/Acting Charge Nurse at Homehealth Care Department of Tawam Hospital, Al-Ain, Abudhabi United Arab Emirates and received an award QI 2014 Customer Service Award Tawan Hospital in Affiliation with John Hopkins Hospital.
Aside from being outstanding familiar with catering to her patients' medical needs, she also has an innate way of connecting patients on a personal level.. This allows them to feel safe and secure within her care.
