    Our place has a lot area of 573 sq. meters, with more or less 1200 sq. meter floor area; it’s a 3 storey building with mezzanine. The ground floor composed of a spacious lobby, kitchen and 3 private rooms, 1 common shower room with 2 cubicles and a comfort room. The mezzanine is for recreational activities, exercise, and games, with a common entertainment area; also, it can be converted into a function room.  There’s also 1 private room with its own private veranda. The second floor consists of 5 big rooms, nurse station, chapel, common shower room with 3 cubicles, 1 living room and a balcony, where you can see the majestic view of Mt. Banahaw. Lastly, the 3rd floor is the owner’s residential area, with 25 sq. meter pool area that can be used by our residents in their activity.

     We can comfortably accommodate 20 residents with different levels and offer them a peaceful, comfort, love, safe and home-like settings.  Based on the preference of our residents we have private or semi-private rooms.  All rooms have direct access to a private comfort room.

    We also have a ramp for wheelchair access, for a morning walk and easy access to our building.  We also have a mini patio for talking, chatting or to watch the sunset. Also, we have a small garden plot if they want to plant seeds.  We have a luxurious, spacious and relaxing ambiance where the residents can enjoy it. At Casa Borines Leobrera Nursing Home you’ll have every health support option easily available to you.​
