Our facility is located in Astoria Heights Subdivision, Brgy. Abang, Lucban, Quezon. It is less than a 2 hour and 30-minute drive from the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).
Our facility includes a pool and a tropical landscape. It was constructed as a care facility, designed to be a bright and spacious family home.
At Casa Borines Leobrera Inc., we can accommodate 20 residents, providing them with a safe, quiet, comfortable, and peaceful place to live.
We have spacious areas where we host events, provide entertainment, and serve meals. In addition, our residents have the option to spend their time in our mini patio.

At Casa Borines Leobrera, It is very important to have these facilities for our seniors and families, we are not just focusing into the physical aspect of the elders but also their spiritual needs, we need to engage and encourage them to have spiritual activities.
Ramp
Easy Access
We provide a wheelchair ramp to maintain resident's independence and ability to live in our private home for the aged in the philippines. Seniors who use a wheelchair or electric scooter benefit from the ability to complete more of their daily living activities with less assistance. Wheelchair-bound seniors with easy access to a handicap ramp will likely interact more socially, access more social services, and generally age in place more easily. Ramps also serve an important function in emergencies should medical staff need to enter and exit the senior’s home in a safe manner.

Our home for the aged has this recreational room for resident's programs and daily activities like games, exercises, and chatting. Also, this room can be converted into a Function Hall where residents can enjoy their parties and small gatherings like pub nights, videokes, and dancing. This can be a place for building connections with fellow seniors, families and staff.
Common Entertainment Area
Designed with your Mind
It has 65 inches television and a comfortable couch where our residents can relax while watching their favorite show, and where they can chitchat with other residents. Also, it can be used in an activities like story telling, or even reading their books and magazines.
Our Dining
Clean and Healthy
Our foods are prepared fresh every day by our well trained in-house kitchen staff and we work closely with nutritionists and dietary consultants for every need of our residents with prescribed diet and scheduled menu. Food is a very important part in creating a happy, healthy and fulfilling life to our residents. We provide them with good and healthy meals and drinks in our facilities. We offer 3 meals and 3 snacks throughout the day, mineral water is also included and can be always found in our common rooms.
We also adjust the menu to the wishes and needs of our residents and discuss the food preference on a regular basis. If you want to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or any type of party in our home for the aged we can prepare a special menu for you.
Our Rooms
Great Options
Each of our residents has different preferences and restrictions, which is why our rooms are equipped with comfortable modified care bed, cabinet, side table, chair, and nurse call system. All rooms are fully air conditioned for the comfort of our residents. Also, they can bring their own beloved furniture, pictures & paintings, etc. to make their room their new home. All rooms have direct access to their own comfort room. The common shower room is located outside the room to prevent accident to the elderly resident. We carefully manage our amenities to provide something that is right for everyone.
